The Conference Committee considering CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                          
NO. 285(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the operating and                                                                
capital expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                          
program; and providing for an effective date" and SENATE CS FOR                                                                 
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 285(FIN) respectfully requests limited                                                                    
powers of free conference on the appropriations and language that are                                                           
not identical in the House and Senate versions of HB 285.
